Participants will familiarize themselves with:

• 2018 Wisconsin Social Studies Standards, new K-5 Civics Scope and Sequence, and Civics practices
• Teaching Civics and Inquiry in the Elementary Grades, Trusted Resources, and Classroom Implementation
• Reading, Writing, and Thinking in the K-5 Civics Classroom
